Our Carers

Our care workers are hand selected by our recruitment team and go through vast background checks including Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks and at least two references. All care workers working for TNC Healthcare ltd undergo intricate and advance level of training that will give them the “know how” of working with people with different disabilities with the right attitude to work with different mental health issues.

TNC Healthcare ltd have developed a unique model whereby our care workers work together in pairs whilst out on the fields providing care. We try to ensure that these same care workers attend to the same client all day long, this helps our clients feel at ease knowing which carers will be attending their home throughout the day.

Care workers generally travel together to make sure they arrive at the client’s home at the same time, this reduces time wasting and ensures that two people attend each home together which ultimately is a safeguard for both the client and the carers. This model has proven to be a great way to work and bodies such as CQC and our local authority have praised us on this.
